Michael is the founding director of Ezra Legal. He heads the firm’s commercial transaction and litigation services, focusing on complex commercial litigation, insolvency, construction and taxation matters.

Damian is Special Counsel at Ezra Legal. His practice is focussed on corporate and commercial transactions and litigation. He has been heavilly involved in a number of major commercial disputes involving insolvency, tax and insurance.
Solicitor
Tom practices largely in property, wills, estates and succession planning, with experience in conveyancing, tax and superannuation.
Law Clerk
Kimberly is in her final year of a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practices (Honours) at Flinders University, undertaking an Honours thesis whilst working part-time as a Law Clerk at Ezra Legal
Practice Manager
Julian is the Practice Manager at Ezra Legal. He is responsible for the efficient operation of our practice.
